YOU CAN SEE THE VARIOUS BUILDINGS THROUGHOUT WE HAVE SOME ARE GOING TO BE THE, THE FLUID APPLIED ROOFING, SOME WILL BE TPO OR THE SINGLE PLY MEMBRANE ROOF, AND THEN SOME WILL BE METAL REPLACEMENT.
BUT WE HAVE CONTRACTED WITH PROGRESSIVE ROOFING AND WE ARE PLANNED AND PREPARED TO GO WITH THAT AND SO WE'LL HAVE A 60 DAY WINDOW TO COMPLETE THOSE PLAZA BUILDING 2 IS WE'RE WORKING ON PLANS NOW TO START THAT IN THE FALL, THAT'S THE AREA WHERE THE CLOSED CONNECTION AND THAT'S GOING TO BE CLEANED.

WE'RE WORKING ON PLANS FOR FIRE ALARM UPGRADES AND UPDATES, AND THEY'LL START SEPTEMBER 1ST OF 2025 AND THE WAY THAT TYPICALLY RUNS IS YOU'LL RUN TWO SYSTEMS IN PARALLEL UNTIL YOUR NEW SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL.
