AND THEN WE ALSO. 27-28 BECAUSE FOR THE DEBT SERVICE FUND, OUR POLICY THAT WE'VE LAID OUT THAT THE BOND RATERS LIKE GIVES US AT LEAST TWO YEARS OUT. SO THEY'LL BE ASKING FOR THAT WHEN WE DO OUR BOND RATINGS HERE COMING UP NEXT MONTH.

IT ONLY COUNTS THE TAX COLLECTION. SO AS VALUES ARE GOING UP, IT ACTUALLY IS THE NUMBER THAT SAYS, I'M NOT GOING TO COLLECT ONE MORE DOLLAR IN TAXES THAN I DID THE PRIOR YEAR.
IT DOESN'T CARE HOW MANY STUDENTS YOU HAVE. IT DOESN'T CARE WHAT YOUR DEBT PAYMENT HAS TO BE.
